Whitney's Blessing

Last weekend we had Whitney's baby blessing at my Grandpa and Grandma Schroeder's home. Tim did such an amazing job and gave our sweet baby girl a beautiful blessing. We had a lot of family come, we are so lucky to have such a loving and supportive family.

I love those big eyes!

Got Milk?

This morning I woke up to the sound of sirens and people yelling. I went outside to see what was going on, and I saw a black cow running with two trucks chasing it in the lot across the street from our house. It was pretty funny to watch, we really don't get much excitement out here in Tooele County. I'm just glad they caught the cow before it went roaming down the freeway which is on the other side of the fence that you can see in the pictures.

2 Months

I took Whitney to her 2 month check up yesterday. I was actually a little late so she was 2 months 10 days old. Everything looked perfect with her, and she was pretty tough with getting her shots. She only cried for a couple minutes and then she was back to her happy self! Here are her stats:
Whitney
Weight: 10 lbs 1 oz (20th pecentile)
Length: 22.5 inches (42nd percentile)
Head: 14 inches (12th percentile)

I couldn't remember what Jaxon's were at his two month check up but Whitney's seemed a lot lower so when I got home I pulled out Jaxon's old growth charts. It's funny cause he was exactly 2 months and 10 days old when he had his appointment too! Although his were a little higher...
Jax:
Weight: 12 lbs 8 oz (65th percentile)
Length: 24.5 inches (88th percentile)
Head: 16.25 inches (72nd percentile)

Quite a difference there! It's funny how different their stats are at exactly the same age, yet their baby pictures are almost identical. Either way, I'm so grateful for my happy, healthy kids!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

St. George Fun!

A couple weekends ago my family and I were able to go to St. George to visit Jake, Pris and Nash. My grandparents also came and we had fun eating out, playing at the park and going to a couple of Dixie's basketball games since my brother Jake is a coach! It was so fun and the weather was so nice, it made me so excited for summer! We were pretty busy the whole weekend so I didn't get many pictures but here's a few.

Jax and his Great Grandpa Schroeder waiting in the outfield

Whitney slept through all the fun at the park,

And through most of the basketball games too

Dixie has had an amazing season this year. They took the PacWest Conference Championship!!! It was so fun to be able to be at that game and watch them all celebrate! I'm so proud of my big brother!

Cute and happy family! Did I mention I'm getting another nephew in July?!? I can't wait!

GO DIXIE!
