Jaxon's Preschool Christmas Program

Jax had his school Christmas program and he did awesome! I was a little worried he would be shy and not sing but he wasn't scared at all! Tim and I were so proud of him! Here's some pictures of everyone who came to support him!

Jaxon's 5th Birthday

Seriously Jax, stop growing up so fast! It's so crazy to me that our little, baby boy is now 5 years old! His birthday was on a Sunday this year, so we celebrated on the day before. Jax had a soccer game in the morning and then we let him pick where to go to lunch (Astro Burger) then the 4 of us went to Jumping Jacks and that night Jax and Tim went to the Real game. The next day, on his actual birthday we had our families come over for his Superhero party and he got spoiled rotten!

Since he is being the Black Spiderman for Halloween, he wanted a black Spiderman cake too. We also did oreo pops with spider webs on them.

Happy Happy Birthday Jax! We love you!

All About Our Girl!

I just had to do a post about Whitney and all the cute things she's been doing lately so I don't forget later on. She is constantly making us laugh and she is such a SWEETHEART! I love everything about her! I LOVE.....
*Her cute little voice, even when she is telling me no
*How she always says "Bless You" when she hears someone sneeze
*When she sings, her favorite songs are I Love You from Barney and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
*Watching her dance, whenever she hears music she'll dance or grab Jaxon's hands and dance in a circle with him.
*Her smile and her laugh. When she smiles she uses her whole face.
*How happy she is in the morning. She's such a morning girl!
*Her hugs and her kisses...Melts my heart!
*When Tim or I walk through the door after being gone and she runs up to us with her arms out to us saying Mommy/Daddy
*Her tender heart, whenever she sees someone cry, she always asks "What happened" and is very concerned for them
*When she pretends to take off our nose and then says "Got your nose"
*How she loves to get ready for the day with me. She sits on the counter and brushes her hair and goes through my makeup while I do mine. So fun!
*How she'll usually only cuddle with Tim. Those two have such a special bond and I love watching them together.

Family Staycation 2011

Last month, my entire family went on a little staycation for the weekend. It was a blast and really inexpensive! We got family pictures taken, went to Thanksgiving Point, hiked to Bridal Veil Falls, visited the Bean Museum, went fishing, went swimming, laughed a lot and built lots of memories for our family!
