Our little princess had to get tubes today. It is such a bittersweet feeling because it's so hard to see her go through surgery, but she has had constant ear infections for over 3 months so it's nice to know this will help her feel better and not be in such pain. We had to be at the hospital at 6:30 a.m. and she was such a trooper! She enjoyed drawing on the hospital doll that they gave her, and playing with her Daddy and I.
Then the medicine kicked in....and she started getting so sleepy....
She got so tired she couldn't sit up any longer....
Then the doctor and nurses took her to the operating room to get her tubes in. About 45 minutes later they brought her back to us. They were all so impressed she didn't cry at all!
That's my tough girl!
