At over 17 months old, our little Whitney FINALLY has enough hair to do pigtails! They are tiny and you can't even tell when looking at her from the front but the back is so cute!
I think our baby has just turned into a little girl! Makes me sad, but it's also exciting to watch her grow and develop her fun personality. Words can't express how much I love this little angel!
